Well we have the BCS "National" Championship Game pretty much set in stone. Texas's last second field goal win in the Big 12 title game will put them in there against Alabama, unless the pollsters decide to vault either TCU or Cincy over them.
So that leaves the four BCS bowls to fill and plenty of teams to choose from.
Rose Bowl- Ohio St vs Oregon Fiesta Bowl- TCU vs Iowa Sugar Bowl- Boise State vs Florida Orange Bowl- Georgia Tech vs Cincinnati
It actually works out because these teams are all in the top ten of the BCS standings. Penn State might have a gripe at #11 but they lost head to head with Iowa.

Welp I guess the idea of having TCU vs Boise (again) was either too good to pass up for the Fiesta Bowl, or the powers that be didn't want to risk two non-BCS teams winning a BCS bowl.
